PROJECT

Embarking on a journey with C2 International from 2019 to 2022, I've contributed to various projects, with clients like Twitch, Novartis, KPMG and Michelin, and editions for their internationally acclaimed annual event, C2 Montréal.

C2 Montréal stands as an international benchmark for its curation of famous speakers and innovative and collaborative event formats. Its unique blend of inspiring talks, workshops, conferences, networking opportunities, and immersive activities creates an unparalleled experience that allows participants to explore the vibrant intersection of commerce and creativity.

For C2 Montréal’s 2022 edition, I had the opportunity to deliver the masterclasses, a hands-on format crafted to bridge speakers' expertise to hands-on insights for participants.

  • Collaborate with masterclass speakers to refine their topics and objectives, and review the session designs to ensure actionable takeaways for participants.

  • Assist the stage management team to ensure the delivery of seamless experiences for both on-site and online audiences.

  • Support speakers and facilitators in the logistics of their speaking engagements.

  • Ensure communication across various departments (creative, sales, and production) to guarantee the effective preparation of the stage and the seamless execution of each masterclass.

PROJECT

Rêver l’impossible, a significant youth event held in Montréal on June 19 and 20, 2023, gathered over 400 Canadians aged 18 to 30 to collaboratively address large-scale challenges in environment, education, employment, finance, and economy. Led by Guy Cormier, CEO of Mouvement Desjardins, the initiative aimed to give a voice to the youth on societal issues, focusing on key priorities chosen by them. Over two days, participants engaged with leaders, attended workshops, and presented solutions.

Collaborating with BOB Agence, the trusted agency chosen by Mouvement Desjardins to execute this major event, I contributed to shaping the event's experience and content structure. We aimed to develop a content programming that positioned the next generation at the forefront of the action. Our goal was to propel the content to new heights, bringing diverse perspectives into focus and taking discussions around the issues at stake to a more in-depth level.

  • Craft the programming architecture to create a learning journey from inspiration to action.

  • Design content formats to ensure a participant experience where all individuals have a voice and feel heard.

  • Provide a timeline and tools for coordinating content deliverables in collaboration with the production team.

  • Create a curated list of speakers, facilitators, and moderators tailored to each content block to ensure thematic relevance across the overall content programming.

PROJECT

Canada Créatif, a program funded by the Government of Canada, was designed by La Factry for French-speaking newcomers eager to continue to build a career that matches their ambition in their new Canadian home.

The program focuses on the development of sought-after transversal skills in the Canadian job market—communication, collaboration, problem-solving, creativity, and adaptability—through a experiential learning approach spread across 60 hours: 30 in-person and 30 online.

As part of the online training, an interactive digital teaching platform was set up. Alongside La Factry and its suppliers Akufen and Coyote, I had the opportunity to design innovative learning modules for the platform's training content. Our focus was to ensure adaptability to various learning styles, leading to the development of asynchronous pedagogical tools. From podcasts to scrollytelling microsites, we leveraged multimedia technologies to translate the experiential methodology seamlessly online.

  • Develop a content strategy and learning journey for creating online pedagogical tools focused on transversal skills training.

  • Create engaging and relevant educational stories by structuring narratives for each transversal skill’s online pedagogical tools.

  • Develop online pedagogical tools tailored to the experiential learning approach by experimenting with multimedia technologies.

  • Edit the content of the online pedagogical tools to ensure consistency with the narrative structure, editorial line, and brand.
